You are aware

Right now, you are aware.
Start by recognizing something very basic: right now, you are aware. You don’t need to analyze or search for it - awareness is simply the fact that you are conscious of this moment.
This isn’t about trying to observe awareness as if it were a ’thing’. Instead, it’s a subtle shift - just acknowledging that you are aware of being aware. You are not discovering anything new, but rather recognizing what is always present.
A helpful way to approach this is to ask yourself: What is it that knows I am experiencing this moment? That “knowing” is awareness itself. It’s not something separate from your experience - it’s the very foundation and fabric of your experience.
Now recognize that there is only awareness - that you have nothing else but awareness. You are the software, not the hardware - you are a process - the experience itself. Now look for the “me” telling this to yourself. Who is that? you can even ask out loud - “Who is saying these words in my head?”. Take time for the answer - and relax into the stillness of waiting - open yourself up for any answer, even a non-answer - the answer is (in) the stillness itself. I promise it’s worth it.
