Mind construction

Reality is a story the mind tells itself, and the ego is just another character in the tale.

Let me explain:

The mind constructs every experience we know, generating interpretations, images, and stories - an entire world woven from its own fabric. Everything we perceive, everything we identify as ‘real,’ is ultimately an illusion. We live in an internally generated reality that feels vivid and convincing, so we rarely question its authenticity.

When we recognize that everything: the world, thoughts, emotions, and the sense of self is crafted by the mind, we start to realize that the ego is just another construct. It’s part of the story, one more role created within the mind’s theater.

You’ll find writings on non-duality, self-realization, Zen, Tantra and related topics here. My aim is to make these profound subjects approachable and digestible. I’ve found much of the literature abstract and inaccessible; understanding should be within everyone’s reach.

I’m a self-development addict; it’s fascinating to take yourself as the research object. I’ve explored various self-development trainings and retreats: primal therapy, shadow work, breath work, menswork, concentration meditation, etc. In the last decade, my main teachings come from Rinzai Zen under various teachers (mostly indebted to Jun Po Dennis Kelly Roshi - my most important teacher), and Tantra (various schools).
